My Summer Exchange!

I received my Summer Exchange from Karen and it's absolutely fabulous!

I had posted a picture of a sign I found online that says, "Please don't interrupt me while I'm talking to myself" on TS, and commented that I needed it. Karen made me one! It's absolutely the CUTEST! She also stitched a wonderful scissor pocket and included a pair of beautiful scissors. I also got plates, napkins, and trays to celebrate the 4th, a pretty flowered towel and potholder, a lovely windchime that sounds so sweet, highlighters, a "Friend" plaque with a pretty verse, two pieces of blue linen, and a flag banner to hang on my porch. What a wonderful package!

Happy Birthday Miss M!!!

Today is my baby's birthday! It's so hard to believe she's already 10 years old. I remember the first time I held her in my arms and how the world around me just melted away. It still does when she smiles at me. :)

Her Nana and I took her out to Friendly's for a wonderful birthday dinner. We had a great time and the waitresses all sang "Happy Birthday" to her. She was just beaming. She has no idea that she will be getting a surprise party on Sunday at the pool! :)
